Well, I am getting back on the knitting horse. After years and years of carrying yarn from moves to house to house and only knowing the knit stitch (sad), I've unpacked my sad stash and am going to get it this time! Ok, so it will probably take me 20 years to be able to knit a ski sweater, but dammit I am going to pick up the needles, teach myself how to purl, and knit each one of the kids and the hubby a scarf for Christmas. Yes, that's right - this Christmas - three months away. I can do it!
